I had a consultation with Director Kim In-sang, who is famous for closed rhinoplasty with Kozelko. He suggested tying the nasal tip cartilage, lifting the nasal tip with Kozelko, lowering the nostrils to correct an upturned nose, and slightly bringing out the columella. He said the dorsal hump was optional, and if I did it, it would be an additional 1 million won. He consulted kindly, but it did not feel like a detailed consultation. It just felt like, “I’m skilled, so trust me and have the surgery.” Also, the consultation manager felt a bit businesslike.
