I consulted with Dr. Kim Insang, who is famous for closed nose-bridging surgery using Kogelko. He said to tie the tip cartilage, raise the tip with Kogelko, lower the nostrils to correct the pig nose, and slightly reduce the columella. The hump was optional, and if I chose it, it would be an extra 1 million won. He gave a kind consultation, but it did not feel detailed. It was more like, I am skilled, so trust me and get the surgery. And the consultation manager felt a bit bureaucratic.
