I have thick skin and a bulbous nose, and there is no frontal effect. Looking at the review photos, it seems like a very natural clinic, so when I said I did not want anything too natural, they could tell and asked if I had had nose surgery because it was high. But there is no frontal effect, so I will get a revision rhinoplasty.
