My nose is short and showing nostrils, so I went for a consultation. The director was the kindest and most detailed in the consultation, and said they would use the septum, and if that wasn't enough, ear cartilage. The price was around average, and they said alar reduction wasn't necessary. This was the consultation I was most satisfied with.
