I consulted because I was bothered by my short nose and how much of my nostrils showed. They recommended alar reduction and said they would use ear cartilage, not the septum. They said alar reduction was needed to reduce the nostril size, so once that cost was included the price was on the high side, and if you leave out alar reduction it seems about average. If you want a glamorous nose, this seems like a good match.
