I went in for a consultation because I was worried about my short nose and how visible my nostrils are. They recommended alar reduction, and said they would not use the septum, but would use ear cartilage. They said that if I wanted to make the nostrils smaller, I would need alar reduction, so once that cost was included the price was on the higher side. If you leave out the alar reduction, I think it is around mid-range. If you want a more glamorous nose, this would suit you.
