I went in for a consultation because I have a short nose and the visibility of my nostrils is a complex for me. The director gave the kindest and most detailed consultation, and said they would use the septum, and if that is not enough, ear cartilage. The price was around mid-range, and they said alar reduction would not be necessary. I was most satisfied with the consultation.
