Before and after Since it was a nose I kept feeling lingering regret about for nose surgery, I made up my mind to get surgery and started going to consultations on my own! I booked consultations at places said to be good at male noses and went consultation-hopping lol At the consultation, I said the bridge of my nose wasn’t smooth, so I wanted surgery to remove the hump, and because the tip of my nose also slightly had an arrow-nose feel, I asked them to set the nasolabial angle appropriately and, in line with that, make it fall naturally while preserving a masculine look! I clearly said everything I wanted during the consultation, and I think the director reflected it well in the surgery exactly as discussed. Even if you go to consultations, for ordinary people who find the terminology unfamiliar and don’t know much, I think many probably just follow what the director recommends (a very ordinary guy like me??) But even going to consultations alone, there wasn’t any difficulty. They explained things very professionally and in a way that was easy to understand. After the consultations, I kept deliberating between two places, then finally chose the director who best understood the parts I wanted to improve during the consultation and the vibe that would suit me better lololol The result seems even more satisfying than I expected! They said silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage were used, and I think they brought out an overall natural yet defined look well. End of the review: I like my operated nose much more!
