This is my 3-month review after receiving implant-free hooked-nose rhinoplasty from Dr. Kim Da-alm at a plastic surgery clinic. I had hump removal, nasal tip elevation, and alar reduction surgery. Right after surgery, my nose was very swollen, so it looked obvious that I had surgery, but now a lot of the swelling has gone down and it looks much more natural, so I’m satisfied. Also, since the surgery was done using only autologous tissue, the risk of side effects is low, and I’m satisfied with that as well. Before surgery, I was very worried because I was told that alar reduction could leave scars around the nostril wings, but now the scars are barely visible, so I’m satisfied with that too. I’m looking forward to my nose becoming even more natural as the swelling continues to go down over time. I recommend Dr. Kim Da-alm to those considering rhinoplasty!!
