The wait for the nose surgery consultation was a bit long, but it still felt worth it once I was talking with the director. After I went in, they took photos of my face directly with a camera, then used Photoshop to explain what my nose shape would look like, compared the before and after photos, and were very clear about the good and bad points, so I think they were being honest.
