Review after visiting ㄹㄹ(ㅏㅏ) for rhinoplasty consultations

Review after visiting ㄹㄹ(ㅏㅏ) Plastic Surgery for a consultation!! I brought a fresh consultation-visit review (I posted it earlier, but there was an error and half of it disappeared, so I’m reposting;) Without knowing anything, literally knowing nothing at all, I went to my first clinic and had a consultation... Since I had nothing to compare it with, I don’t think I could tell what was right or wrong. After that, I hurriedly joined a community, searched through Gangnam Babi and Naver cafes, and even searched Google blacklists... Then I found out that the place was known for being blacklisted. After that, I also did online research and searched for a lot of information here and there. Overall, ㄹㄹ had decent reviews, and I saw posts saying their aftercare was good too. Most of all, the natural nose!!! I’m aiming for appeared in many review photos, so I was drawn to it. A nose that is too flashy and pointy doesn’t suit my face, so I wanted a moderately pretty, high, defined nose!! A nose with a pretty shape that also harmonizes with my face. Anyway, today I went and first met the consultation manager and talked. I liked that there wasn’t any groundless “Our clinic is good~” type of talk. It could feel a bit dry, but because I didn’t feel exaggerated claims or bragging, it actually made me trust them more... It felt clearly different from the previous clinic. Also, I showed a few photos of the nose I wanted, and they explained in detail whether that nose would suit my face or not, and if not, why, so it was convincing and good. Oh, and here they want you to be sure about what kind of nose you want. If you say, “Please just take care of everything from beginning to end~,” the director said you could feel regret later, so you should definitely think about the nose you want. After checking my approximate nasal condition, shape, and desired nose with the consultation manager, I waited about 17 minutes? and met the director. At the previous clinic, they told me I would probably need osteotomy!! on the bridge area between my brows;;; Since it was my first rhinoplasty + first consultation, I thought, so I’m someone who needs osteotomy....(?) But even I thought the bridge between my brows wasn’t wide... It was my nostril wings that were wide..;; As expected, the director at ㄹㄹ said osteotomy probably wouldn’t be necessary. They said it isn’t wide, and if anything, osteotomy could make my face width look wider~ It would be better not to do it! They also said I don’t need nostril-width reduction, and that while raising the nasal bridge, we should use silicone to raise the bridge with (autologous costal cartilage), and it seems we’ll proceed by combining the nose I wanted + the director’s recommended nose. Most of all, I liked that they consulted with me while considering what kind of nose would suit me well. At the previous clinic, they looked at the photos I brought way too casually... Here, they analyzed all the photos I brought, which was good. Also, they said the director personally handles aftercare, so I think thorough aftercare is good, since postoperative care is important no matter what....
