I was very anxious psychologically, so I moved my consultation up and made a rushed appointment. All the staff were kind and pleasant. The clinic facilities felt a little like an old-fashioned ENT clinic. Perhaps the doctor’s habit of writing everything by hand contributed to that impression. The doctor also seemed to favor a cautious, stability-oriented approach. He rarely gave definite answers and often said that we would have to see what was found, but nasal implant removal has many variables. Rather than wondering how someone could guarantee the outcome of such a variable surgery, I trusted him because he answered honestly.
