I visited for a consultation because I wanted to get my moles cleaned up. The clinic was in an easy-to-find location, and the interior facilities also felt generally clean and well maintained. Maybe because I had made a reservation before going, the wait time was not very long, and the reception staff responded in an ordinary way. The consultation was with the director, and perhaps because mole removal itself is such a simple procedure, the consultation time was quite short. I did not particularly feel that they were especially kind, but it was not unpleasant to the point of being very bad either. It was more like they briefly checked only the necessary points and ended there. However, for people who ask a lot of questions or expect a thorough explanation, the consultation may feel a bit short.
