Even though I went with a reservation, I waited over an hour to get Botox, so I was honestly dumbfounded. As the wait got longer, a clinic staff member tried to keep the people waiting from getting bored by talking about themselves, and I felt bad for them. Since it’s an old clinic, the facilities also felt old. On top of that, when the director performed the procedure, he didn’t properly listen to what I said and injected the Botox however he wanted, so I felt really upset and wrote a review on the app, but they suspended it. I was seriously speechless Since then, I’ve absolutely never gone back, but I was surprised that its rating in this community is over 4 points.
