I went without knowing much, so my questions may have been odd, but the director explained things very calmly and kindly, so I really liked it. I also liked that it felt like they were trying to reflect my needs, saying they would do it the way I wanted. For a large hospital, the waiting time was manageable, so it wasn’t bad. But they said it was an online discounted price and that I had to book the same day to get that price, so the push for same-day booking felt a bit off. If not for that, I probably would have thought about it a bit more and done it here. The director was kind and good, and if you don’t mind same-day booking, I recommend it..
