The doctor and the consultation manager were both really kind. They showed me a lot of cases and explained the surgical method too. The reason I didn’t go through with surgery here, though, was that they didn’t properly check in advance how much dermis could be harvested. Since this is a hospital famous for autologous dermis, each person’s amount of dermis differs, and I found it a bit questionable that they didn’t check this beforehand. In my case, I had been told anywhere I went that my natural dermis amount was low.. When I mentioned that, they did reassure me that it wasn’t true and that it could be done, but there wasn’t enough explanation about what basis they had for saying it was okay, so I felt a little disappointed..
