I consulted for a revision nose surgery. Like in other reviews, they didn’t take photos; instead they drew sketches and carefully examined things like the inside of my nose. In my case, rather than explaining surgical methods, they asked about the parts I was currently dissatisfied with and explained what parts I wanted improved. I think they’d keep surgery safe so it doesn’t cause functional problems.
