The doctor and the consultation manager were really kind. They showed many cases and explained the surgery method as well.
The reason I did not proceed with surgery here was that they did not properly check in advance how much dermis could be harvested.
Since it is a hospital known for autologous dermis, dermal thickness and amount vary from person to person, so I was a little puzzled that they did not check this beforehand.
In my case, I had always been told that I naturally had a small amount of dermis no matter where I went.. When I mentioned that, they reassured me by saying it was not the case and that it could be done, but
I felt a bit disappointed because there was not enough explanation about why it would be fine.
