First of all, the staff were kind and nice. The director, though, looked tired, maybe because he had just come out of surgery I asked a lot of questions, but he said he had to go perform surgery, so he seemed very busy. He gave me the impression that he had a very firm idea of the direction he wanted. People who match well with the director would probably do well with surgery. My friend also had surgery with him, and her eyes turned out really pretty. I decided not to do an incision because it felt too burdensome
