I was scared of Lamiche because of the tooth reduction, so I went with resin first, but absolutely don't do it. It keeps falling off, and the price isn't cheap either, so it's a waste of money.. In the end, I think resin just takes you back to the original state. They even shave a little bit of the teeth for resin too.
