I had double eyelids done by full incision when I was 21, and after 20 years, one side came undone, so the asymmetry was severe. I went around for consultations here and there, then had it done by a female director at ㅍㄹㅁㅇ. She didn’t recommend anything like upper blepharoplasty yet, and she set the line in a refreshing way without making it look burdensome, so I went ahead with it. A week later, I went to have the stitches removed, but one side of the ptosis correction was overcorrected, so she told me to lie down right away and re-stitched one stitch. That day, I was just going to leave after getting the stitches removed, but I said I wanted to see the director, so I saw her.. What would have happened if I hadn’t... I had gone to get the stitches removed and ended up having revision surgery unexpectedly, which was absurd. Maybe because I stayed calm, there was no apology or follow-up. Maybe because I’m older, it took about 3 months for it to look natural. In the morning it would swell up a lot, and at night it got a bit better. For 3 months, my eyes looked intense.. Now I’m satisfied. My eyes look much more open and refreshed.
