When I had my double eyelid revision, the mucosal eversion was so severe that I posted saying I thought it was botched, and I also said the eye swelling was too severe.
At 6 months, it is not quite that bad, but the mucous membrane is still everted, and the eye swelling is still worse than most people’s (especially on the right). According to the doctor, the mucous membrane will not come down even if I get aftercare revision, and since it was a revision surgery done over scar tissue, something something~ but I don’t know what that means and I don’t understand it; And they say the swelling lasts longer because it is a revision surgery, but does that apply even though my surgery was done after 8 years..? Anyway..
My concern and conclusion is that my right eye is sort of botched, though not completely botched. As you can see in the photo, the mucosal eversion, eye swelling, and line all look higher on the right side. I thought the problem was that the inner/front part of my right eye’s line was too high, so I mentioned it, and the doctor said it seems fine, but if I want, they can lower the front part of the line.
Please take a look and tell me whether I should lower the front part of the line on my right eye, and whether lowering only the front part would be enough, or whether the entire line should also be lowered accordingly.
Since this is the 6-month progress, I don’t think my right eye will change much just with time, so I’d appreciate your opinions on whether getting aftercare revision would be recommendedㅠ
