I had surgery for a large, high nose, and the size of my nose was reduced significantly without implants or cartilage. Other hospitals recommended almost everything, including costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, so I felt resistant to putting something more into an already large nose, and it wasn’t easy to decide on surgery. But they confidently said they would operate without putting anything in, so I trusted them. There are some slightly disappointing parts, but no surgery can be 100% satisfying. If it hadn’t been for this hospital, I don’t think I could have reduced my large, high nose this naturally, so honestly, I’m very satisfied.
