I had surgery on a large, high nose, and without implants or cartilage, the size of my nose was dramatically reduced. At other clinics they recommended rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone almost across the board, so I was reluctant to add anything to my large nose, and it wasn't easy to decide on surgery. But when they confidently said they would perform the surgery without putting anything in, I felt reassured. There are a few parts I'm a little disappointed with, but no surgery is 100% perfect. If it hadn't been this clinic, I don't think I could have reduced such a naturally large, high nose this way, so honestly I'm very satisfied.
