While going to consultations at several places, when I went in for the purpose of alar reduction, they pressured me to get a nasal bridge procedure or other surgeries or treatments. Here, the consultation was done without overtreatment or pressure to have surgery. Also, the director conducted the consultation in detail and personally consulted with me for 30 minutes. Overall, they seemed to prefer a natural look, and kept asking questions to match the look I wanted. When explaining the parts I was curious about, they compared before/after consultation photos and explained in detail. At the end of the consultation, it seemed that external alar reduction would suit my bulbous nose. Other hospitals said that if I reduced the nostril wings and also worked on the nose overall, I could get a better effect, but this was the only hospital that said I did not necessarily need to touch the nasal bridge or nasal tip and that doing only the nostril wings would be enough, so I trusted it the most.
