When I went around consulting at several places for nostril reduction, they kept pushing nose bridge work or other surgeries and procedures. Here, the consultation proceeded without excessive treatment or pressure to have surgery. Also, the director handled the consultation in a very detailed way and spent 30 minutes personally talking with me. Overall, they seemed to like a natural look, and they kept asking questions to match what I wanted. When explaining things I was curious about, they compared photos before and after the consultation and explained things in detail. By the end of the consultation, it seemed like my bulbous nose would suit lateral reduction. Other hospitals said that if I reduced the nostrils and also adjusted the overall nose, the result would be better, but this was the only place that said it would be enough to just reduce the nostrils without touching the bridge or tip, so this place felt the most trustworthy.
