First of all, if you go for a consultation, they examine you very thoroughly. They didn’t take a CT scan, but maybe because the doctor is an otolaryngology specialist, they looked inside with those kinds of instruments. They explained and pointed out the areas I was concerned about, and I even became tempted by areas I hadn’t thought about. Both the director and the consultant were kind, and I got the feeling that I could trust them.
