First of all, when you go in for a consultation, they look at you very carefully. I didn't get a CT scan, but since the doctor is an ENT specialist, they used tools like that to look inside. They explained the areas I had been worried about and pointed them out, which made me interested in the places I hadn't even thought about. Both the director and the manager were kind, and I felt like I could trust them.
