Orthodontic Reviews

2-year review of SMILE LASIK!

Originally I had severe myopia and astigmatism, and I also have allergic rhinitis + conjunctivitis.

Soft lenses felt stuffy, and hard lenses corrected my vision well, but I'm very sensitive to the feeling of something touching my eyes, so I failed to settle with them.

Because my job involves using my eyes a lot, I was a bit worried, but I got the surgery through an acquaintance connection, and I'm still very satisfied. (I also thought that if it went wrong, I'd just make a living doing a different job lol)

I did develop the dryness people commonly talk about. But it's at a tolerable level, so because it's a hassle, I don't even use artificial tears…

I still haven't felt a noticeable drop in vision, so I'm still using my paid-upgraded eyes well, and most of all, I love that my glasses don't slide down when I exercise! All I think is, 'Why did I only do this now? I should have done it before entering university.'
