When I first visited the hospital, the staff at the counter responded kindly, and maybe because it is well known, there were a lot of people, but considering that, the waiting time was not long. During the consultation, both the consultant and the director explained well while comparing how to get a line that suited me, which was good. Especially because they only talked about what needed improvement without pressuring me for a deposit, I thought it would be okay to do it here. Even after the surgery, I contacted the hospital often because of things I was curious about and worried about, and I was grateful that they responded without showing any annoyance. Maybe because they reflected my opinions well, I am overall satisfied with the surgical result, aftercare, and so on.
