Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Revision surgery for a bulbous nose, I even had all the stitches inside my nose removed today ◡̈ !…

I had the outer stitches removed last week, and since I had them removed once more and thought I’d gotten used to it, I guess that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt... tsk lol꙼̈! I agonized so much over whether or not to have an osteotomy, but I think it was fine not to!!! There’s still swelling, but I’m so satisfied with the side line... Comparing it with the before photo that came out way too realistically lol, pain aside, I think I did the right thing ㅜㅜ ... Now all that’s left is to recover well! An L-shaped silicone implant and even Medpor... Honestly, I didn’t even know those were in there ㅜㅠ Maybe that’s why I developed inflammation so easily, without knowing anything... And how much I hated how droopy it looked every time I smiled ㅜㅜㅜ The columella was sagging down too.. I preserved my nasal septum as much as possible and used only a small amount for nostril lowering, and had the revision done with ear cartilage. Silicone was placed in the nasal bridge.. I really wanted to avoid using rib cartilage as much as possible ㅠㅠŏ̥̥̥̥םŏ̥̥̥̥.. The doctor also said that just because it’s rib cartilage doesn’t mean it won’t droop, and that you shouldn’t blame the material but the skill lol. He said if you get too greedy and make it too high, it will droop more easily and you’ll need another revision! So I also went with a moderate height.. with ear cartilage :) Since I didn’t use rib cartilage, at least my mind feels so at ease hehe
