I really liked the line and the before-and-after photos too, so I went there with high expectations, but during the consultation the director kept pulling his mask down and talking in a cramped space, which was a little uncomfortable. I got a strange feeling that if he messed up my nose, he wouldn't take responsibility, so I didn't make a reservation. I think I wanted to get surgery from a warm and kind director. The consultation manager lacked professionalism a lot, and even called again the next day from a personal phone number to ask whether I had decided on a reservation.
