I really don’t understand why this hospital is rated so generously. Don’t be swayed by the good one-line reviews on this community; if you look carefully at the objectively bad reviews, you can see what this hospital really is. I wish I had lived without even knowing such a hospital existed. I first found out about it in a nose-surgery group chat, went for a consultation, had surgery here, and it was a total disaster. I really want to turn back time. I regret it so much. The problem is not only that none of my requests were improved, but also that they trimmed and inserted the ear cartilage strangely, making the nose tip and bridge look far worse than my original nose. If it were only that I wasted about 3 million won on surgery, maybe I could understand, but now I have scar tissue on my nose and the tip is deformed, so I have to pay a much higher amount for revision surgery. The time spent looking for another hospital and going to consultations is also incredibly stressful. Truly the worst hospital of my life. The doctor has zero professional ethics. When I asked for aftercare, he just kept saying that ear cartilage is normally supposed to show through like this, and that only the drooping nose tip would be lifted through a closed approach. Even that could droop again, he said, and that the original nose naturally droops even without surgery. If it was going to return to the way it was anyway, why did they take my money as surgery fees in the first place? There isn’t even the slightest conscience. I absolutely do not recommend trusting them with nose surgery here. They said they didn’t need to smooth out the hump, but the surgical result is hopeless and they don’t take responsibility. When I said I wanted an open approach to remove the visible ear cartilage and have revision surgery again, they said you shouldn’t just open it up because you don’t like it, and what they said was that the nose tip is naturally something that droops even without surgery, the ear cartilage is not actually visible now, and the tip hasn’t turned into a sharp beak-like shape, so if I have complaints I should take legal action.
