The reason I am posting this plastic surgery review is to help people scheduled for surgery make a careful choice.

In early summer 2021, I had rhinoplasty at ㅈㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery using ear cartilage + stem cells. (Because of the issue of my nasal tip drooping, I also had the depressor septi nasi muscle cut.)
I’ll just let the photos speak for the result. All the photos are original photos that have not gone through Photoshop or anything like that.
For the past few months, while looking into revision surgery, I’ve been going for repeat consultations mainly at other hospitals that I had consulted with before my first surgery and that have my initial photos and data. They say that there is not much difference between before and after the surgery, and that the cartilage show-through at the nasal tip is severe. My family and acquaintances also say that the hump not being improved is a problem, but especially because the cartilage show-through at the nasal tip is severe, it seems I need to get revision surgery quickly. They also put ear cartilage not only in the nasal tip but also in the middle of the nasal bridge, so the bridge looks bumpy and strange from the front and at a 45-degree angle. In my opinion, the long nose, hump nose, and drooping nose shape that were my biggest complexes were not improved at all. Even the nasal tip, which used to be round, became strangely pointy, and the nasal bridge actually looks more crooked and bumpy.
Looking at this visible cartilage, the hospital insisted, “This is how it is supposed to turn out, this is how the surgery is originally done.”
Also, I did not originally have these symptoms, but even 9 months after surgery, there is a musty odor coming from the nasal tip, and sometimes scabs with nose hairs embedded in them form. Also, the area on my thigh where fat was harvested has a small scar left, and the surrounding flesh is slightly uneven.
Even putting aside these side effects and drawbacks, the fact that this is the result of plastic surgery whose 'purpose' was 'cosmetic,' after paying 3.3 million won in surgical fees, is, to me, a devastating result that is simply not common sense.
The result of a medical service I received after paying an expensive surgical fee to look better and prettier than my original appearance is in such an absurd state, so I am now in a situation where I have to spend a huge amount of time and money to undergo revision surgery again, taking on another risk at a much higher cost.
ㅈㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery. (ㅈㅇㅅ ㅅㅎㅇㄱ) It was a hospital with such a good reputation, and the doctor had long experience, so I trusted them and chose them, but it came back as the worst mistake of my life. If I really could, I would want to turn back time.
An ordinary nose that could have been operated on for 2.5 million to 4 million won at the time of the first surgery has now turned into a difficult nose that requires surgery costing at least 6 million won and up to 10 million won. I think this is why people say the result of the first surgery is extremely important.
I trusted the good reviews and the consultation with the confident director, and after failing so miserably in choosing a rhinoplasty hospital, which is said to be one of the most difficult surgeries, I regret it every day.
