Ever since I was young, my nose was so low and bulbous that my grandmother used to say she would get me nose surgery when I grew up. Even after becoming an adult, I really didn’t like my nose, so I spent years just thinking about it and finally had surgery this time! I wasn’t scared at all, but once I got on the operating table, I got really nervous lol. The surgery was over after I briefly fell asleep and woke up, and my throat was so dry and painful. My boyfriend helped me get to the lodging, and the first two days were really hard I couldn’t breathe through my nose, so my throat got dry, and blood kept coming out.. Still, after the cotton was removed, it became bearable. Somehow it’s already day 6. I’m going to get the splint removed tomorrow, and I’m so excited!! I’m worried because the area between my eyes has become much narrower, but it’ll go back soon, right..? I had 5.5 mm silicone inserted. I’m worried too, but I’m so happy that tomorrow I can finally remove this stuffy splint.
