Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My first nose surgery in 2019, then a revision/touch-up surgery 8 months later, …

I had my first nose surgery in early 2019 at ㅂㄹㅇ~ I should have gone to the head director, but I heard the head director specializes in revision surgery and is good at slightly more glamorous noses, while Director Han Jun under him was good at noses that look like your own nose, natural-looking noses, so I trusted him and left it to himㅠ Using septal cartilage + silicone + donated costal cartilage, it was raised about 2 mm. My nose itself was long and my bridge was low, so I wanted it lifted just slightly and very naturally, but after 3 months, the nasal tip drooped so much that my nose looked much longer, and because the nose drooped, it gave off a hooked-nose feeling?.. It also felt a bit like an old witch...?ㅠ After that, they told me to wait a little longer, so I contacted them after 7 months and they said Director Han Jun had moved to another clinic.... damn... 8 months after the first surgery, I had another touch-up surgery with Director Lee Ji Won to slightly lift the nasal tip. (Director Lee Ji Won looked after things more carefully and better than Director Han Jun) Anyway, should I say the silicone had drooped? My skin is also on the thin side, so they said it was showing through; they only refined the tip and reinforced it again with ear cartilage~ The shape is okay now as a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but when I had an X-ray taken recently, unlike how it looks on the outside, the silicone was bent more and more toward the nasal tip... I never imagined that... So since my nose was originally on the long side, I’m looking into surgery to make it look a bit shorter.. by lifting the nasal tip more~!
