It's approaching 1 year and 2 months after surgery due to side effects from alar reduction. I've posted several times so far and rambled about various side effects. I had alar reduction done through a minimal intranasal incision, and actually I had asked them to recommend a method that avoided incisions on the outside of the nose as much as possible and made a slight incision inside the nose. Since the clinic's consultation was 90% with the consultant before seeing the doctor, they recommended this method, and the director also recommended this method. Later, after I had already had the surgeryㅠㅠ I found out that an internal incision actually leaves a little less scarring on the outside of the nose...
