7-month review after revision rhinoplasty!!

<Before surgery (more than 5 years after the first surgery)> then <1 month after surgery> then <7 months after surgery> Hello, I had revision rhinoplasty in early September last year, and before I knew it, about 7 months had passed haha For my first surgery, the glabella area was too high, and as time passed, my nasal tip drooped and my nose looked too long, so my impression became strong-looking + masculine, which made me decide to get revision rhinoplasty, and I had it done last year. I lowered the glabella with a thin silicone implant on the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip, I used donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage for the revision surgery, but my satisfaction with the surgery was honestly highest at 1 month post-op The way the nasal tip was sharply lifted was exactly my style, but now that more than 6 months have passed, it is not as sharp as at first and looks natural. They did say autologous costal cartilage is much better if you want to maintain a sharp, defined look, but the costal cartilage harvesting + general anesthesia + cost felt burdensome, so for a revision surgery, the surgical cost was relatively affordable, and after seeing the surgical results of people around me, I had the surgery at ㄱㅁ. But since I wanted a nose more dramatic than it is now, maybe I should have used autologous costal cartilage and raised it more strongly For people who want a natural look, I think this is a style they would be very satisfied with. After revision rhinoplasty, lowering the glabella made my impression softer and gave me a more innocent look. Most of all, I like that my side profile became more feminine.
