It has been 7 months since I had nose surgery. There are occasional minor inconveniences, but these are things you inevitably have to accept after nose surgery, so I’ve been getting along fine overall. I had nasal tip surgery, nasal bridge osteotomy, and alar reduction, and maybe because the surgery was done so it wouldn’t look obvious, my nose became naturally prettier and I also got a high nasal bridge. I used autologous costal cartilage (nasal tip) and silicone (nasal bridge), and I think the result came out pretty well for a first surgery!!!!!!
