Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

My fault 1

In my 20s, after orthodontic treatment - extractions - I didn't wear my retainer properly, so my upper jaw protruded a little, the teeth became curved like protruding teeth, and my gums receded a bit. They said this needed to be uprighted with orthodontics, so since extraction spaces had opened again in the back of the upper jaw, I hoped they would push the teeth toward that space, move them further in, and align the upper and lower jaws. But then they said something about arch expansion, opened up all the spaces between my teeth, even the canine bone moved up, and they said they would lift the teeth while moving them inward and also move the bone inward. None of it worked.... Please absolutely do not damage your tooth roots and gums with arch expansion. Just do extractions. Even a good treatment method has to suit you.
