It’s been about 3 years since I got orthodontic treatment, and I’m really satisfied. The one regret is not taking care of my teeth properly during treatment.. You really need to brush your teeth much more diligently than usual and make sure to use dental floss. I neglected that and ended up spending a few hundred on cavity treatment.. Now that I’m out in society, I feel orthodontics is essential. No matter how pretty someone is, if their teeth aren’t aligned, there’s something that feels off. It’s tough during the treatment period, but think about living with straight teeth for the next several decades and I hope you definitely do it. If you have any questions, please leave a comment.
