Orthodontic treatment review

I had orthodontic treatment at a clinic with several doctors. Do they call it a pay-doctor system?

I had a total of 6 teeth extracted, including 2 wisdom teeth. The side effects are black triangles that formed as my lower front teeth, which had been overlapping, straightened out, and as my protruding mouth moved inward, it actually became slightly sunken, making my philtrum feel longer.

Only a few months after extraction and starting orthodontic treatment, my first doctor went on maternity leave, and the second doctor quit due to personal circumstances. Also, because the clinic was large, there seemed to be several dental hygienists. The wire on my lower front teeth often broke, and if left as it was, the same area would always break, so every time I went in I had the inconvenience of having to explain my symptoms.

Also, when they extracted my premolar, they said it was not coming out easily, so two men worked on it while struggling, and I remember it being so, so hard because I had my mouth open for almost over an hour.

In the end, I am relieved there are no major functional problems, but personally, I got angry that the doctor kept changing regardless of my own wishes. If the clinic is large, this kind of problem can happen, so I think it would be good to consider that.
