A Belated Nose Surgery Review lol.. (Revision Rhinoplasty)

The surgery I had early last year wasn’t to my liking even after the swelling went down. After my first surgery, the hump was more or less gone, but from the front my nose still looked bulky, and my nasal bridge was low, but it felt like only the nasal tip had been raised?? And only very slightly; For something I had surgery on, it looked too ordinary, so I decided on revision surgery to make it stand out more. Since I’m a man, I figured a straight nose was probably the only option, but even with the same line, I started wanting it to look noticeably glamorous, so I mainly went around to places that shape the nose glamorously, then had a consultation and surgery at Premier hehe. I originally have rhinitis and even a deviated septum, but during my first nose surgery, the cost was a burden, so I only did a simple cosmetic procedure. Once I was actually getting revision surgery, I felt it was right to do it properly and be done with it in one go, so I asked them to do functional surgery together too. Until about a week after surgery, I felt stuffy because of the splint, but after around 1 month? 2 months? the shape more or less came out~ Other people talk a lot about residual swelling, but maybe because my before-and-after difference was big, or maybe because I’m insensitive, from month 2 I was already satisfied and obsessed with taking selfies lolol Functionally too, I no longer wake myself up because of snoring while sleeping, and every day feels refreshing. I had silicone placed in the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip they used septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage.

I’m dropping photos up to month 3, and I’ll come back soon to post a 4- and 5-month review too lol
