Day 10 after rhinoplasty, experts on nose surgery please check just once

I had surgery on April 16 It was functional rhinoplasty 5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage for the nasal tip I did not use ear cartilage or costal cartilage The first and second photos are day 8 after surgery The last photo is the photo I showed the director as the nose photo I wanted No matter how swelling differs from person to person and there is major swelling and minor swelling, even though it would be hard for it to be exactly the same as the photo I wanted, could it at least become somewhat similar? They say swelling goes down in 2-3 weeks and it won’t change dramatically Even putting the nasal bridge aside, the nasal tip looks so much like a bulbous nose that I get stressed every time I look at it.. Or if 100 is peak nose swelling, even after it goes down it’ll only be 70 or 80, and it won’t become a 50 or 60 size, so would it be hard for the nasal tip to look like the photo?
