The surgery took a total of 9 hours, and since it was a fairly well-known hospital for noses, I trusted them and went ahead, but one year after the nose surgery the silicone slid down, pierced through the ear cartilage, and caused inflammation. Overall I was satisfied with the tip and bridge, but after 1 year and 1 month it got inflamed so I'm getting a revision at another hospital. The hospital is already gone, so I can't get aftercare, and my surgery was silicone + ear cartilage, but I heard they also used donated rib cartilage. I wonder if the contour turned out well? I'm worried
