Before<First of all, this is my nose after my first surgery lololololololololol I was stressed about my crooked nose, and it was really crooked, right? On top of that, I can’t believe those wide nostrils that look like they could fit a coin were on a surgically operated nose ㅠㅠ><And~~ this is my nose 3 weeks after surgery!! Just the fact that the crookedness improved makes me so happy ㅠㅠㅠ Plus, the nostril size got smaller too, so I shouted hooray!! Hooray!!!><Satisfied even from the side ㅠㅠ >After<After>After<After>Hi everyone~~ After my nose revision surgery, my stamina and everything else made it hard to manage, so writing a review was out of the question; it was even hard just taking care of myself lol Still, thanks to the recommendations here, I met a good hospital + director, had what I’d call a successful result, and now I’m writing this review!!
I debated a lot between a plastic surgery specialist VS an ENT specialist, but maybe because I’d gotten burned once by a plastic surgery specialist, as I kept choosing someone who seemed like they would understand my needs well and be skilled, somehow I ended up getting it done by an ENT specialist doctor!!
First of all, I pursued naturalness rather than a dramatic nose, so I was extremely against anything pointy or obviously implant-looking~ So I said I wanted to avoid implants as much as possible, and after talking with the doctor, we went into surgery with the plan to use a 1-2 mm implant depending on my nose condition!
+Ah! And to say this in advance, because I originally have a bulbous nose, I showed a few celebrity photos, but the doctor said there were limits to making the alar area + columella slimmer ㅠㅠ So please look at it with the understanding that it would be hard to improve it into a slim nose!
More than anything, when viewed from the side, my first-surgery nose was an absolute mess, with the nostrils + alae standing out.. Now I’m so happy that I can confidently show my side profile too ㅠ Before, from the front it looked crooked + from the side the implant + nostrils showed, so I hated it so much ㅠㅠ It’s much better than my nose before, so my mom really likes it too lol I’m also very, very satisfied!!
If you want a nose that looks natural and like your own nose, I totally recommend this hospital!!! Plus, mine was a revision, but maybe because I’m the type with a lot of cartilage(?), they didn’t harvest from the other ear and just used the cartilage from my first surgery lololol They put in 1 mm of silicone! They said my nose was originally high, so adding more would look strange ㅠ These days, when I take photos or meet people, I’m so happy that I don’t worry about my nose, which used to be my complex! I want the swelling to go down more soon so I can do full makeup and take lots of photos! Everyone, I hope you also do lots of consultations, definitely find the hospital that suits you, and succeed..!!
