1. Nana - I had made a consultation appointment, but they mixed me up with another patient, so the hospital mistook that patient for me, made an appointment, and sent me a text (I was overseas). I thought mistakes can happen because people do the work, so after returning to Korea I contacted them again to make another consultation appointment, but the response was so slow (they said the person in charge was off that day). I contacted the main Kakao channel and gave my personal information, and they asked, Are you looking for a rhinoplasty consultation~? I had already corrected them once, but no one ever properly checked whether it was a facial contouring consultation or the history of my inquiry before responding, so I canceled the consultation and didn’t go. I left this in a consultation review on Babitalk, and the marketing team called through the chief consultation manager to apologize and asked if I could take the review down. I said it was a real review based on what I experienced, so I’d have to think about it, and at some point I saw it had been deleted from Babitalk. I lost trust in both the hospital and Babitalk
2. AB - The reviews said it didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic, but it felt more factory-style than any other hospital. Like Li & Jang? When I was looking into facial contouring, my face shape wasn’t exactly a complex of mine; I wanted the hospital to look at me and tell me, If you do this and this, it will turn out like this. So I didn’t have any particular questions, and the consultation ended in about 10 minutes. It was just an ordinary consultation. After it ended, I had to hear the price, so I waited for the consultation manager for over an hour. I wondered if I had been missed, so I went to the info desk and asked. Everyone looked flustered, and when I said I’d just leave (because it wasn’t a hospital that made me think, Should I do it here?), the consultation manager gave me the director’s and manager’s business cards. I felt a bit bad because it took so long just to hear the price, but once I got home I texted the number they had messaged me from, saying, I’m OOO with the reservation at this time. You said if I contact you, you’d let me know the price, so I’m contacting you, but I never got a reply.
3. Noh Jong-hoon - Compared with other hospitals, it didn’t have a factory-style feel, but the machines and facilities seemed a bit old... The director specializes in facial contouring and did examine me carefully. Maybe because I was a bit stressed by the first two hospitals, I thought about canceling all the consultation appointments after this one and making this my last, but this was the first place where I heard the surgical method and price lol No cheekbone reduction needed; chin-tip reduction and square jaw resection, so 2 procedures
