I had it done in 2019. Right after surgery, I liked it exactly as it was, but while going through postoperative orthodontic treatment, it seemed to relapse(?) or recur(?), and my chin length kept getting longer My mom looked at it too and said that right after I had it done it was pretty, but asked if it was gradually getting longer.. I don’t know about double-jaw surgery, but mandibular surgery itself did not change my facial appearance that much, at least for me.
