I had extraction orthodontic treatment with 4 premolars and 4 wisdom teeth removed, 8 teeth in total, to bring in my protruding mouth and straighten my crooked teeth, but maybe because my nose is naturally small, the change isn’t very noticeable… Also, my nasolabial fold area looks more sunken than before My mouth has gotten smaller, so the space for my tongue feels a little more cramped than before… I’m satisfied that my teeth are evenly aligned, but I guess the nose really is important when it comes to a protruding mouth..
