It is day 6. A lot of the swelling has gone down, a lot of the bruising has faded, and I am going to have the stitches removed tomorrow.
Nothing seems particularly wrong. I feel a slight pulling sensation, but I am not sure if it is contraction, and I am intentionally doing some massage, loosening it from top to bottom.
When I gently rub it with my fingertips, it seems like the swelling goes down better, and I am also often massaging with a warm towel. Looking at the before-and-after photos,
I am glad because it seems to be returning a lot to my natural nose! Everyone, get removal and feel more comfortable. I am so happy because breathing is so comfortable. As expected, for nasal obstruction and rhinitis caused by septal extension grafting,
I think removal is the answer. Looking at the basal view photo, it seems the pinched witch nose has released well!! Everyone, stay strong!!
